Digital Marketing Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 
Under the general supervision and support of the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, revenue, and KPIs for two Direct to Consumer websites (DTC), email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing efforts. If increasing revenue on a website excites you, developing email marketing campaigns that drive clicks to conversions is something you can build, and finding the perfect content to engage an audience on social is both your art and science, then this role might just be for you.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage website promotional and content planning, collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and execute.
  • Responsible for contributing to the growth of our Direct-to-Consumer channels and identifying areas of opportunity and improvement.
  • Drive revenue growth and improvements in ecommerce KPIs including revenue, margin, traffic, CVR and AOV
  • Be data and analytics-oriented and analysis-driven, ability to look at data and analytics and provide analysis that results in clear action steps and positive results
  • Design and execute a content strategy that drives revenue growth and high engagement across our websites, email, social, utilizing both organic and paid media.
  • Work with internal stakeholders on the planning and development of new email launches, including campaign designs, list growth, building/optimize automated series and workflows.
  • Lead social media programs, manage budgets, drive growth, and increase engagement.
  • Develop content marketing calendar for all social, email, and website platforms.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities to increase revenue or drive consumer awareness and engagement from website and social analytics
  • Attend and assist on photo and video shoots as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, including Direct-to-Consumer website, email marketing, paid and organic social media
  • Must be able to develop annual campaigns and understand how to positively impact ecommerce KPIs in a Direct-to-Consumer model – revenue, traffic, CVR, AOV
  • Understanding of these platforms in order of priority: Shopify, Bluecore, Google Analytics, Instagram, Facebook
  • Needs to understand the paid social media experience – how to design, execute, analyze and optimize a campaign.
  • Knowledge in SEO, Paid Search and Keyword Analysis a plus. Additional knowledge in WordPress and Mailchimp is a bonus.
  • Excellent storytelling ability
  • Exceptional project management skills with the proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a team, cross functionally, and independently.

Warehouse Order Puller/Picker

We are looking for Experienced Warehouse Order Pullers - Under general supervision of the warehouse supervisors or other supervisory/management-level positions within the company, you will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse-related duties such as preparing orders for shipment by picking items from shelves and placing them on pallets and ensuring that orders are filled accurately and efficiently continually striving for improved customer satisfaction.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary duties include outbound shipping of customer orders by pulling items from shelves and placing/stacking them on pallets for staging/shipment using RF scanners and paper.
  • Operates electric/manual pallet jack to assemble orders and delivers to staging area in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintains a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work related injuries.
  • Complies with all appropriate policies procedures safety rules and DEA regulations.
  • Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
  • Have a good overall understanding of warehouse workflow and can work with minimal guidance.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to read and understand the English language for the purpose of comparing and reading product descriptions names and shelf labels.
  • Must possess basic mathematical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
  • Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.
  • Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions.
  • Experience/ability to operate manual/electric equipment such as pallet jacks, etc.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to work in the warehouse.
  • Maintain appropriate attendance standards.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Physical activity requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, pulling, carrying, balancing, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking and hearing.

6 AM to 2:30 PM or until daily assignments are completed.

Warehouse Reach Truck Or Stand Up Forklift Operator

We are looking for Experienced Warehouse Reach Truck Operators - Under general supervision of the warehouse supervisors or other supervisory/management-level positions within the company, you will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse-related duties such as receiving, storage of goods and replenishment ensuring that products are accurately and efficiently shelved, continually striving for improved customer satisfaction.

  • Verifies merchandise received against receiving documents notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages.
  • Stocks shelves with various types of merchandise using RF scanner.
  • Rotates stock so that newly-received items can be used last.
  • Processes and returns merchandise to proper shelf in the warehouse.
  • Performs daily counting and researching of discrepancies.
  • Assists with inventory procedures as requested.
  • Maintains a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work related injuries.

  • Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
